Canadian quartet ROMES played a sold-out show at NYC’s very own Mercury Lounge, kicking off an exciting week for the band’s U.S. debut. After a brief visit to NYC, they headed to LA for a few exclusive performances including The Mint and YouTube Space LA for YouTube‘s new ‘YouTube Music Foundry’, where artists are given guidance on how to successfully grow their presence on the video platform.

Within the same week, the band surpassed over a million Spotify streams, allocated by the number of streams their debut 4-song EP Believe received worldwide.

The title track “Believe” was included into a variety of key tastemaker Spotify lists, including New Music Friday, Indie Pop!, Weekend Buzz, and many more. The track also crossed the pond to Ireland, the homeland of band members James Tebbitt and Andrew Keyes, where it is spinning on Irish airwaves and the band was hailed as  Ireland Times News ’ ‘Artist of The Week’.
